Anna and our South Devon Support Group have been just fabulous over the years, raising funds and awareness and even sending little messages to the bears when times are hard. Anna's husband Brian is the now famous Moonie in that neck of the woods and dresses up in the hot and heavy bear costume to the delight of the crowds.

A few days ago, Anna sent a message to the bear team which is self-explanatory – and will make them beam from ear to ear when they see it here:

I’ve just been reading about the fantastic new bear rescue and I wanted to write and thank you so much for being amazing. It must have been very difficult and it’s a tribute to your skills and dedication that it was such a success. So a big thank you from our little support group in England – I’m full of admiration for you all.

With much appreciation of all that you are doing and will continue to do. You are doing so much to make the world a better place. – Anna
